I’m a wife, mama to two amazing little girls, and a fitness-loving foodie who’s always on the move whether I’m whipping up something delicious in the kitchen or getting in a sweat session at the gym. This space is where I get to pour out my passion for nourishing food and joyful movement, and hopefully inspire you to do the same!

What Inspires Me

I believe that food should be both delicious and deeply nourishing, which is why you’ll find me experimenting with nutrient-dense ingredients and baking up a storm — especially sourdough! I have a soft spot for whole wheat, heirloom, and ancient grains, and love supporting small farms and mills that care about quality and sustainability as much as I do.

When I’m not baking or chasing my girls around the kitchen, you’ll probably find me in the gym — it’s my sanctuary, my reset button, and one of the places I feel most alive. For me, wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling good, staying strong, and finding joy in the everyday.
